A booking is completed once a user has paid for your service. Upon a successful booking, you will receive an email with all the relevant information about the booking.
From there, it is business as usual.
The user's payment is handled by Stripe and will be transferred to your bank account following the payout schedule that you have selected in your DueDi Account.
Make sure DueDi's emails are not going in your spam box.
