You can manage cancellations and refunds directly from your Dashboard in your DueDi Account. 

  • Your clients can request a cancellation from their DueDi accounts.  You will get notified when this happens.
  • From your Dashboard, you will have the option to Cancel with refund or Cancel without refund depending on your Terms of Service and what you agreed with your client.
  • It is always recommended to discuss with your client first before proceeding with a cancellation.


Note that upon providing a full refund, the DueDi application fee is refunded but not the Stripe payment processing fee. You may be eligible to get a few payment processing fee reimbursed. Contact us at account@duedi.nz to see if you are eligible.
